45-day return policy
We are excited for you to try out our products! If you decide within 45 days that our products are not right for you, we will refund the purchase price, including standard shipping fees. For returns within the USA, we will even pay for return shipping.

Shipping refund limitations
We only refund shipping at the standard shipping rate. If you return an order placed with expedited shipping, we will issue a full refund minus the extra cost of the expedited shipping.

International limitations
International customers will need to arrange and pay for return shipping. We cannot refund import duties or taxes collected by your country.

Email sales@joulescope.com. Please use the subject "Joulescope Return #order_number", but replace order_number with your actual order number. We will reply with return shipping information.
